I don't know what's with all the bad reviews. We ordered chicken fingers, fries, and Oreo cheesecake. Everything was solid and the food got here in less time than I was quoted. All good all around!

EXTREMELY RUDE Customer Service! Very snappy and unprofessional over the phone! I called for delivery service to my hotel during my recent stay in Baltimore.
The man on the phone asked what hotel, so of course I gave him the address. He then asked for my room number, to which I preferred to decline. I'm a woman staying alone in a hotel in an unfamiliar city. I asked if instead, the delivery person could call me when he reached the lobby. The jerk said NO and INSISTED to have the room number!
"Um... why?" " Because you may not answer your phone when we call." "Ok then just give my name to reception, and they can call me on the room phone when the delivery arrives. I'm uncomfortable giving a total strange man my room number in a hotel just for food delivery." "Then order somewhere else. If you don't want to give your room number, I can't help ya". Then HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME!
Lol. Got the nerve to have ROYAL in their name! Well, that's NO way to treat a Queen, soooo it's certainly off with their heads! -

I only get the grilled buffalo chicken salad. Includes everything a reg house salad would include with added grilled buffalo chicken. Optional to add eggs. It's a very large portion and less than 10 bucks including delivery. I always have good service and the food is always delivered promptly AND HOT! i have co-workers who have gotten the wings and cheeseteak and said it was awesome. If youre picking up its a bit of a rough neighborhood so be careful or just order thru yelp instead!

They except delivery orders up until 12:45am mon-thurs and even later on the weekends and that's good for me bc I'm a late night person. However the food was mediocre they used chopped steak n the quesadilla the shrimp Alfredo tasted like cheese pizza it had a thick layer of cheese on the top!
The delivery driver called me to come down 5 minutes before he arrived and did not get out of his car. No tip for him -

Food is occasionally good but most of the time it's not. The safest bet is to order pizza. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I tried to order pizza and I admit I asked a few questions about specials and then I told the person that I was taking my order I was getting my card and he huffed and said "oh my goodness" then he huffed again. I it's said never mind. I will order from somewhere that wants to take my money.
